Invoice & payment
We invoice only on the candidate's joining date — never before a successful hire. Payment is due within 15 days by NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI. GST applies as per law.
What the 90-day guarantee covers
If your hire voluntarily resigns, or is let go for misconduct, within 90 days of joining, we provide one free replacement for the same role — best effort within 45–60 days — provided invoices are cleared.
What it doesn't cover
Role changes or internal restructuring, salary / workload / cultural mismatch, or layoffs / closure of the role. If a replacement also leaves, no further replacement applies. Fees are non-refundable.
