Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of axureone.com (the "Site"), operated by Infraveo Technologies Private Limited (trading as AxureOne), registered office at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382424, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is informational only
The Site describes our recruitment services, lists open roles, and provides forms to get in touch. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of employment, of being shortlisted or interviewed, or of a successful hire — outcomes depend on the specific role, candidate, and employer involved in each case, and on factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, including a job application.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract job listings or other Site content without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
Recruitment engagements are governed separately
These Terms cover use of the Site only. Any actual recruitment engagement — including fees, timelines, deliverables, and our 90-day replacement guarantee — is governed exclusively by a separate, signed services agreement between Infraveo Technologies Private Limited and the client company. Nothing on the Site amends, supersedes, or substitutes for that agreement, and in the event of any conflict between the Site's content and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the AxureOne name and marks — are owned by Infraveo Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, with the exception of third-party client logos displayed with permission from those companies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.
Third-party services
Some forms and features on the Site are powered by third-party services — Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Bookings (see our Privacy Policy for details). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infraveo Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, matching the governing-law clause used in our services agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
